Minimal details of third parties may be stored where necessary (e.g., email addresses in electronic address books, to facilitate communication). Any such details will be deleted on request, to the extent that is within our power. We will never knowingly disclose any personal data to third parties unless we have your express permission, or are required to do so by law.

During concerts or other events we may take photographs or videos, which may be published on our website, on social media, or in the press, for promotional or other purposes. Where reasonably possible, we will remove such material on request (email us at ).
